BOOKING POLICY

Booking

Your reservation becomes final once it has been confirmed by us.
Please only make a booking if your travel plans are serious and you genuinely intend to stay at the apartment during the selected period. If you are uncertain about which dates to choose, please contact us before completing your reservation.

Payment Terms

To confirm a reservation, payment of a deposit or the full amount may be required. The exact payment conditions will be specified in the booking confirmation.

For reservations made at a promotional rate, the booking becomes final only after payment of the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation 30 days or more before arrival, 100% of any amount already paid will be refunded.

• In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show: the full booking amount will be charged and no refund can be provided.

• For bookings made at a promotional rate: the paid amount is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival.

If anything changes regarding your stay, please inform us as soon as possible — this gives other guests the opportunity to reserve the available dates.

No-Show

If the guest does not arrive on the reserved dates without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

Use of the Apartment

Please leave the apartment in the same condition in which you would also be happy to arrive.

You are not expected to clean the apartment, as this is handled by a professional cleaning team. However, we kindly ask you to:

• empty the trash,

• put away clean dishes or start the dishwasher,

• use all furniture and equipment properly and responsibly.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Depending on availability, we may be able to offer earlier check-in or later check-out for our guests’ convenience. This is always subject to prior arrangement.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings and equipment during their stay. To avoid misunderstandings and inconvenience, we kindly ask that any damage be reported immediately.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
