8. CCTV Surveillance

CCTV surveillance operates in the condominium area and at the apartment entrance for property protection purposes.

Condominium CCTV System

• the camera monitors only the entrance and common areas of the condominium,

• no audio recording is made,

• recordings are accessible only to the condominium operator; the Data Controller has no direct access.

Apartment Entrance CCTV System

• the camera monitors only the entrance of the apartment,

• the system is capable of recording audio,

• recordings are accessible exclusively by the Data Controller.

9. Newsletter

Newsletters are sent only based on the prior consent of the data subject.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link.
