Make Yourself at Home!

As long as you are not jumping on the bed or smashing the kitchen apart (and why would you?), we will get along perfectly. If you take care of everything as if it were your own, we will truly appreciate it. Please do not move the furniture around (except for pushing the two single beds together if needed), and do not place hot pots or pans directly on the kitchen counter or table. If anything gets damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible.

Selective Waste Collection

Az olaszok nagyon körültekintően gyűjtik szelektíven a hulladékot és amit lehet újrahasznosítanak. A ház előtt találod a PAPÍR, a MŰANYAG+FÉM és a hulladékgyűjtőket, valamint kb 100 m-re a háztól (az épületből kilépve jobbra az utca végén) találod az ÜVEG és a SZERVES hulladék gyűjtőket. Találsz a lakásban egy kis kulcsot, azzal tudod majd nyitni és zárni őket.

Találsz itt egy részletes leírást, amit majd fuss át kérlek, de a legnagyobb különbség az otthoni gyűjtéshez képest, hogy minden ételmaradékot és bio hulladékot a szerves hulladékgyűjtőbe kell dobni. Amúgy van egy jópofa, ha nem vagy bent biztos, csak be kell scannelni a termék vonalkódját és megmondja, melyikbe való.

n Italy, waste separation and recycling are taken very seriously. In front of the building, you will find containers for PAPER, PLASTIC & METAL, and GENERAL WASTE. About 100 meters from the apartment (turn right after leaving the building, at the end of the street), you will find the GLASS and ORGANIC WASTE containers. You will find a small key in the apartment that can be used to open and close them.

The biggest difference compared to waste collection at home is that all food leftovers and biodegradable waste must go into the organic waste container. There is also a very useful local app — if you are unsure where something belongs, simply scan the product barcode and the app will tell you which container to use.

Use of the Garden and Jacuzzi

• The garden is an island of peace — please use it in a way that does not disturb others.

• The jacuzzi may be used until 10:00 PM. Please do not operate it late at night.

• Please do not leave food, drinks, or trash in the garden, otherwise the birds may leave some unpleasant surprises behind.

Wellness Area – Shared Enjoyment, Shared Responsibility

• The sauna, steam bath, and rooftop pool are shared facilities used by all residents of the building — please pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Swimwear is mandatory; the use of slippers and towels is recommended.

• Please do not bring glassware or other fragile objects into the pool or wellness area.

• If you use the gym equipment, please leave it clean and tidy after use.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, except in the open area of the rooftop terrace and in the private garden. If you smoke, please be considerate of neighboring apartments, always use an ashtray, and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Pets

As much as we love animals, Giardino Verde is unfortunately not a pet-friendly accommodation. Since cleanliness, the comfort of guests with allergies, and the peace of the other residents are important to us, we are unable to accommodate pets — even if they are very cute, “do not bark,” or are small and “hardly shed at all.”

We know this may be disappointing for some guests, but for now this is the policy we have chosen — thank you for your understanding!
